Hunter Air is an FAA regulated flightseeing/aerial excursion service operating out of Sitka, Alaska. We provide personalized flightseeing tours, charter flights, and air excursions.

Personalized Flight Seeing Tours

Our floatplane tours are designed for you to enjoy scenic mountains, glaciers, waterfalls, islands, beaches, and forests. Alaskan wildlife frequently adds to the interest, beauty, and adventure.

Trips are customized per client's requests and may include a lake landing. Charges are by airplane time, and there is comfortable seating for four passengers.

Charter Flights

Our air charter service will take you to any point in Southeast Alaska -- in comfort and with great views. We can take you to any of the remote US Forest Service cabins or any city or village accessible by air or water. Hunter Air is a regulated air taxi service conforming to the exacting specifications of FAA Part 135.

Air Excursions

If you're looking for an option in between a short sightseeing trip and a chartered flight, our air excursions are the way to go. We can take you to any Southeast Alaska location for a day of fishing, picnicking, photography, hunting, you name it. We'll take you there with all the gear you need and bring you back at the end of the day. Need to take a shopping trip to Juneau for a day and bring back hundreds of pounds of gear? We can do it.
